Training is an integral part to any successful online learning program. Moodlerooms' TRAIN package provides the resources you need to build a self-sustaining joule training program at your organization for the duration of your Moodlerooms contract. The TRAIN package includes a large variety of materials that your master instructional team can download and use to train your learning constituents, including several of our most popular online courses, Powerpoints for workshops or one-on-ones, games, job aids and more. Once enrolled in TRAIN, you will have access to the course and resources for the lifetime of your hosting contract with Moodlerooms for a recurring annual fee.
In our ‘Welcome to TRAIN’ webinar facilitated by Moodlerooms’ Learning Solutions team, we will teach two of your team members how to optimize it for best use, and all subsequent facilitation is conducted by the client’s team.
The package has a travel theme (e.g. various training events are “excursions”, takeaways are “souvenirs”, etc.), which has also inspired the name TRAIN (double entendre intended).

The ideal implementation will consist of the client's master trainers first taking courses with Moodlerooms, outside of the auspices of TRAIN, in order to gain competency. TRAIN is then designed to skip the step of that team having to create their own training resources, as well as to provide insurance for attrition in client master training teams. TRAIN aims to get clients from 0 to 100 on their own. The materials provided in TRAIN can be re-branded and modified, but they may not be distributed beyond the scope of the contract agreement, nor may they be re-sold.
The client is responsible for facilitating all TRAIN materials. Recommendations will be provided on how to transition specific training from facilitated to self-paced.
