Moodlerooms Pre-Training Needs Assessment

Moodle 500A is a six to eight contact hour process that assesses pre-training needs for enterprises adapted from ASTD's Needs Assessment for E-Learning.

The course facilitates customized design and delivery of online, blended or on-site Moodle training that is strategically aligned with enterprise goals and initiatives and is appropriate for organizational and/or departmental content for delivery to identified learner profiles.

By the end of this process -- in consultation with Moodlerooms instructional designers -- participants will:
  • Analyze the nine dimensions of e-learning readiness (conversion, psychological, sociological, technical skills, equipment, content, financial, human resource, environmental)
  • Identify training project outcomes
  • Customize training content and delivery
  • Develop a training plan
  • Schedule delivery of training courses to end users
  • Develop consensus regarding project evaluation process
