Helpdesk Support Tickets
Helpdesk support tickets are available to all hosted clients and can be purchased at any time. With these support tickets users will be able to create a trackable ticket through the Moodlerooms support portal. These tickets can be used as "how to" answers for Moodle administration, Moodle troubleshooting and Moodle best practices. These tickets are available in blocks of 5 for $350.
