Implementation
Moodlerooms' implementation service is a customer-focused process that uncovers your unique needs and goals, establishes a customized project plan and results in a joule installation that is designed around your organization. To ensure the success of the project, our implementation utilizes a cross-functional and technically diverse project team that works with your staff through every step of the process.
joule implementation is a four-phase project designed around your unique needs. The result of the process is successful transition to joule. Each step of the process is outlined in the following diagram:
Phase I - Envision
In the Envision phase of the implementation, our project team works with your staff to determine the objectives, goals, deliverables and scope of the project. Each project team member is assigned specific responsibilities relating to the information gathered during this stage of the process. At the close of this phase, a vision and scope document is created in order to drive the implementation forward and measure the success of joule in later stages.
Phase III - Execute
The Execution phase of the implementation process allows our project team to divide and focus on tasks to complete the responsibilities assigned during the Envision phase. The team periodically meets to provide updates on the progress of specific tasks. Tasks are assigned to segments including Deploy, Pilot and Review to ensure they are completed to your organization’s satisfaction.
Phase II - Design
During the Design phase, our team creates a master project plan and time line based on documented usage scenarios, policies, training, necessary customizations and content requirements. Each topic in the plan will be outlined in order to show the specific needs within the area. The project plan and time line clearly define the execution and duration essential for a successful implementation.
Phase IV - Transition & Close
During the final phase of the process, Moodlerooms’ project team reviews the project highlights, conducts a wrap-up meeting, transfers the administration to your organization and provides access to submit tickets to Moodlerooms’ support team for additional assistance.
