IACET Certified CEUs

Moodlerooms Training Department complies with the ANSI / IACET Standards and is an Authorized Provider of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) Continuing Education Unit (CEU). Moodlerooms is the first and only official Moodle Partner to achieve this status, recognizing Moodlerooms as an international best practices training enterprise.

The CEU was created by IACET as a measurement of continuing education. One CEU is defined as 10 contact hours of participation in an “organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction.” Under IACET’s care, the IACET CEU has evolved from a quantitative measure to a hallmark of quality training and instruction.

IACET CEUs were originally designed for professionals who have already attained a certain level of education and need to take a certain amount of continuing education and training per year to renew their license or certification. Professional organizations of all sizes and a broad range of industries and professional fields will accept IACET CEUs.
